If, for any reason, you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to experience the grounding benefits firsthand, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our grounding sheets.
Here’s how you can participate:

Start using your grounding sheet immediately after receiving it and incorporate it into your daily routine for a full 30 days.

Track your sleep quality and general well-being to observe any changes in your energy levels, mood, or overall health.

If, after the 30 days, you do not feel a noticeable difference in your sleep quality or well-being, simply reach out to our customer support team to initiate a return.
We are confident that our grounding sheets will enhance your sleep and well-being, but if you’re unsatisfied, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
Standard Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your Tenterra Grounding Sheets, we also offer a 30-day return policy. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, whether or not you’ve participated in the satisfaction guarantee.
To start a return:

Contact us at returns@tenterra.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with return instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Conditions:

Products must be returned in their original condition, with no signs of damage or excessive use.

Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

It may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@tenterra.com.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receiving the order. We will evaluate the situation and either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:

Failed or Refused Deliveries:
